Me and some friends take the van down from Tucson Arizona USA to San Carlos Mexico for a couple of days of relaxing diving in some nice clear and warm waters. San Carlos is a nice little town marina on the west coast of Mexico where the Gulf of California meets the Pacific Ocean. We arrive at our big and comfortable diving boat on which we will spend our next days. I really enjoy this way of diving because you get a lot of extra time in the water compared to if you have to go back to land in the evenings. Here we can eat and sleep on the boat and thereby get more dives in each day. It's incredible nice going to sleep on deck under a open sky full of stars. During the three days I make seven scuba dives and several colour sparkling snorkeling dives. The clear +28°C (+82°F) water offer us amazing encounters with; sea lion, scorpionfish, barracuda, moray eel, dolphin, hammerhead shark, cephalopod. This turned out to be a truly great diving trip; amazing dives, beautiful surroundings and great food.
